At Rise Cashew Factory, we pack and dispatch your cashews with care from our facility in Mendholi, Kolhapur. Here's everything you need to know about how we get fresh cashews to your doorstep.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India to serviceable PIN codes via trusted courier partners.
- Metro Cities: Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad (and other major cities)
- Tier 2 & 3 Cities: Most districts and towns across India
- Remote Areas: Delivery possible subject to courier serviceability—check at checkout
Note: We do not currently ship internationally. For bulk export inquiries, please contact us directly.
Order Processing Time
We pack your cashews fresh to order:
- Processing time: 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday)
- Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays will be processed the next working day
- Orders placed before 2 PM on weekdays are prioritized for same-day processing
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Delivery Timeline
Once dispatched from our Kolhapur facility, estimated delivery times are:

Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping
- Shipping charges are calculated based on order value, weight, and delivery location
- Final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment
- We use trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery
Express Shipping

Packaging
We pack every order with care to preserve freshness and prevent damage:
- Food-grade, airtight pouches/jars to lock in freshness
- Secure outer packaging with cushioning to protect during transit
- Tamper-proof seals to ensure product integrity
- Minimal, eco-conscious materials wherever possible
Delivery Issues
Delayed Delivery
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeline:
- Check the tracking status on the courier website first
- Contact us with your order number—we'll coordinate with the courier partner
- We'll work to resolve delivery issues promptly
Incorrect Address
- Double-check your delivery address before placing the order
- If you notice an error before dispatch, contact us immediately to update it
- Address changes after dispatch may not be possible and could result in return-to-origin (RTO)
- RTO due to incorrect address provided by customer may incur re-shipping charges
Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver (recipient unavailable, premises locked, etc.):
- The courier will make 2-3 delivery attempts
- You'll receive notifications via SMS/call from the courier partner
- Coordinate directly with the courier for re-delivery or pickup from their local office
- If undelivered after multiple attempts, the order will be returned to us (RTO)
Refused/RTO Orders
- If you refuse delivery or the package returns to us, we will contact you to understand the reason
- Refunds for RTO orders are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Shipping charges are non-refundable for refused deliveries or RTO due to customer unavailability/incorrect address
Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or unsealed:
- Do not accept delivery if the outer packaging is visibly damaged
- If already accepted, photograph the damage immediately and contact us within 24 hours
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost (subject to verification)

- Processing and delivery timelines may vary for bulk orders
Festivals & Peak Seasons
During festivals (Diwali, Raksha Bandhan, etc.) and peak shopping seasons:
- Delivery timelines may extend by 2-4 additional days due to high courier volumes
- We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery
- We will clearly communicate any expected delays on our website and via order confirmations
